Day 39 Washington D.C.

Drive from West Virginia into D.C. After dropping off the van at the hotel it was off to the mall. Not the mall with all the stores you normally think of. It is the National Mall that has many different Smithsonian Museums, The Capitol, The White House, etc. Our first stop was at the Museum of the America Indians. It was number 1 on our list and it was really cool. Aunt Yvonne told us it was cool and also the food was very good to. We went through the museum and saw lots of very cool and amazing artifacts. There were items from all over North, Central, and South America. We also had some pretty good food for our "Linner."We ate at 3:00.

After that we walked next door to the National Air and Space Museum. It was pretty cool and the kids liked it. They had a pretty good time.
Tomorrow we are probably going to the Museum of Natural History and the Museum of American History. We have a hotel in downtown and are only a few blocks from everything. It just takes time to see it all. We will do the best we can to see as much as possible.
